Planning Appeals

If your application is refused or granted to conditions that you consider inappropriate please contact your Case Officer to discuss whether the scheme can be amended in any way to make it acceptable to the Council.

If this is not possible and you still wish to proceed with the project, you may consider an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate at 3/01, Kite Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
