Under Section 188 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 every district planning authority is obliged to keep a register containing information as to:
- Enforcement Notices (ENs)
- Stop Notices (SNs)
- Breach of Condition Notices (BCNs)
The register or list of notices with a downloadable copy of the notice is available here for viewing by clicking on the appropriate link, Landcharges reference or case number. The register dates from 1997 to present day. However, should you wish to view the fuller register, it is available at the Council Offices by appointment only.
Any enqiries regarding compliance unless stated in the register should be directed in writing to Planning Services.
