Viewing Planning Applications

Planning applications made to Hart District Council can now be viewed online on the UK Planning Website

Here you will be able to look at the planning application, including the application forms and the drawings. In addition all the correspondence and consultation responses and any further information will be published on the website as they are received by the Planning Office.

PLEASE NOTE: The applications are generally viewable online 5 working days after the application has been made valid and neighbour letters have been sent out.

All applications can be viewed at the Civic Offices in Fleet.  In addition other sites in the District have the plans for applications within their area.

If you need help in interpreting the plans there are Planning Surgery sessions at the Civic Offices where an Officer can assist you.

Please note that the Officer’s working file will not be available unless 24 hours notice has been given and this may be restricted for operational reasons.

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday

8:30am – 4:30pm Friday

Planning Surgery hours: (except Public Holidays)

9:00am – 11:00am Monday and Friday

2:00pm – 4:00pm Tuesday and Thursday

The following Parish and Town Councils have facilities which allow the viewing of applications within their own areas. Please note that officers will not be available to assist you at these sites.

9.00am -12.30pm and 2.00pm - 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays)
