Countryside and Open Spaces
The Hart district has a wealth of outstanding countryside and open spaces. The council's Countryside Services manages many of North Hampshire's important nature reserves and wildlife areas. There are some excellent natural habitats to visit including heathland, woodlands, wet meadows, marshes and Hampshire's largest fresh water lake at Fleet Pond.
Whether you are looking for somewhere to take a stroll or would like to take part in a guided walk, Hart's open spaces have something for you. To view all our sites please go to the Places To Go page.
