Public Registers
Hart District Council has a legal duty to make available (or make available as part of a service initiative) certain information to the public in 'Public Registers'. We currently have the following registers available.
- Authorised Processes: Control of emissions from industrial activities.
A list of authorised processes are available to view from the Environmental Health Department during normal office hours. Please call 01252 774421 to arrange to view.
Food Premises Register:
A list of registered food premises is available to view from the Environmental Health Department during normal office hours. Please call 01252 774421 to arrange to view.
Safe2eat.com:
Ratings covering the standards of hygiene and compliance with the law in food premises (only premises that have had a food safety inspection will be rated under this scheme).
Licensing Website:
Up to date information and an interactive service in relation to Hart's licensing function.
Caravan Sites:
A list of caravan sites is available to view from the Housing Department during normal office hours. Please call 01252 774420 to arrange to view.
Licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO's):
A list of licensed HMO's is available to view from the Housing Department during normal office hours. Please call 01252 774420 to arrange to view.
Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers:
A list of cooling towers and evaporative condensers is available to view from the Environmental Health Department during normal office hours. Please call 01252 774421 - to arrange to view.
Contaminated Land - Part IIA Register:
The public register of formally designated Contaminated Land Sites (Part IIA) is available to view from the Environmental Health Dept during normal office hours.
