Cemeteries

The Environmental Health (Commercial Services) Section runs the Cemetery at Richard Close, Fleet. A location map for Fleet Cemetry can be downloaded in the download area on the right.

This is an active cemetery and plans are in hand to increase its capacity over the next few years by developing a formerly unused area. Local undertakers are notified of the charges. The facility is intended for residents of Fleet and Church Crookham, therefore for burials of people from outside this area the charges are at a higher rate. The schedule of charges and Rules and Regulations for Fleet Cemetery can be viewed in the download area to the right.  Please note that the charges for Fleet Cemetery will be changing from 1st April 2006.

Hart also has the responsibility for two disused churchyards, St. Mary’s at Eversley and St. Peter’s at Yateley. These were transferred to us under Home Office rules and we deal with maintenance and repair of most of these areas. The ‘useful websites' to the right of the page should also be of some assistance.
