Mental Illness
1 in 4 adults will experience some form of mental illness in their lifetime.
Mental illness knows no boundaries and disregards sex, age, social and educational background.
It is important that this widespread problem is de-stigmatised and that the causes of mental illness are addressed.
There are many organisations that can give advice and help through difficult times.
If you are feeling low, don’t suffer in silence, seek help. You are not alone.
Don’t forget you can also seek support from your local GP.
