The Hart (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2006

Notice is hereby given that the Hart District Council, subject to the approval of Hampshire County Council and the Chief Officer of Police, and in exercise of its powers under section 35 and 124 of the Road traffic Regulation Act 1984,propose to make an Order revoking the 2005 Order (as amended) and making a number of changes which, in addition to minor changes in the text to provide clarity, will include the following:

1. Revise the pricing structure and hours of operation of all off-street car parks subject to the Order.

A copy of the draft Order may be seen at the reception counter, Civic offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire. GU51 4AE between 9 am and 4pm Monday to Friday. If anyone wishes to object to the Order, The objection, with grounds for making it, should be made in writing to the undersigned at the above address no later than the 24 April 2006.
