Residents' Parking Permits

Residents Parking Permits are available within Fleet and Hartley Wintney.

To apply for a permit, you will need to complete the relevant application form

Forms are also available by telephoning (01252) 625990.

You will need to provide the required payment, AND proof of residency (council tax/utility bill). If a visitor’s permit is required, proof of residency may need to be provided. Copies are acceptable as long as the details are clearly legible.

The form should be posted, with the supporting documentation, and appropriate fee (made payable to Hart District Council) to Parking@Hart, PO Box Fleet 338, Fleet, Hants GU51 4WH. The form can also be handed in at Hart District Council offices.

The streets to which permits apply are:

FLEET: Albert Street, Church Road, Clarence Road, Connaught Road, Cranbrook Court, Dunmow Hill, Glebe Court, 6,8,10,12 Old Cove Road, 18a Reading Road, Upper Street, Victoria Road, Wellington Avenue.

HARTLEY WINTNEY: The un-named road adjacent to the north-west side of the Cricketers Green/Causeway Green, The un-named link road adjacent to Hattons Pond, Oakley Place, Hardings Lane, and South east side of A30 High Street between its junction with Park Corner Road and its junction with the un-named link road adjacent to Hattons Pond.
