What Happens If I Make A Challenge?

If you make a challenge, your challenge will be considered and as a result it may be upheld and the PCN cancelled, or rejected and remain payable.

If you write to the Council promptly, you will be given another opportunity to pay the reduced amount, should your challenge be turned down.

The National Parking Adjudication Service website gives information about the Penalty Charge enforcement process and also has very useful guide as to how to avoid receiving a PCN in the first instance.
