How Do I Pay?

Online:

Please use our Online Payments service to pay your parking fine online.

By phone:

You can pay over the telephone. Please call (01252) 625991 and have your debit or credit card and Penalty Charge Notice ready. We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express and Electron. Office hours Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

By post:

You can post your payment to:

Please do not send cash payments through the post; your payment should be by crossed cheque or postal order made payable to Hart District Council. Please write the Penalty Charge Notice number on the back and complete the slip at the bottom of the Notice. You should allow for the possibility of postal delays when you send your payment.

If you would like a receipt, please also enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Monday to Thursday:  8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

You may pay by cash, crossed cheque or postal order made payable to Hart District Council. Please bring the PCN with you when you make your payment.
