Hart District Council is responsible for the enforcement of both ON and OFF street parking. Surface car parks (Pay and Display) are shown below:

The council is a member of the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) Adjudication Joint Committee. SMARTCARDS
Smart Cards are now available for use in Hart District Council car parks. Please see information and application form in download section.
TELEPHONE PARKING TRIAL
The council are about to trial telephone parking in all of its rural car parks. Customers can pre-register their vehicles and get details of the scheme from the following web site: www.wanttopark.com. The scheme will be going live early July when signs indicating this facility will be on display in all of the car parks involved. If the scheme is successful we will then introduce it to all our car parks.

On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays only, the car parks at the Civic Offices, Admiral House and Flagship House are also available to the public.
Car Park Season Tickets are available in Church Road (Long Stay area), Victoria Road, Blackwater, Hook, Odiham and Hartley Wintney (Long Stay area).
Enforceable conditions within car parks:
A Valid parking ticket or permit must be displayed
Vehicles must be parked within a marked bay
A valid Blue Badge must be displayed when parked in a marked disabled bay
Blue Badge holders can park in Pay and Display car parks free of charge in any marked bay, provided a valid blue badge is displayed in a prominent position.
