Parking@Hart

Hart District Council is responsible for the enforcement of both ON and OFF street parking. The Council's Parking Policy can be found in the downloads section to the right. Surface car parks (Pay and Display) are located as follows:

SMARTCARDS

Following technical problems the implementation of Smartcards has, unfortunately, been delayed. The Council is now looking towards a start date of May/June 2008.

On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays only, the car parks at the Civic Offices, Admiral House and Flagship House are also available to the public.

Car Park Season Tickets are available in Church Road (Long Stay area), Victoria Road, Blackwater, Hook, Odiham and Hartley Wintney (Long Stay area).

Enforceable conditions within car parks:
A Valid parking ticket or permit must be displayed
Vehicles must be parked within a marked bay
A valid Blue Badge must be displayed when parked in a marked disabled bay

Blue Badge holders can park in Pay and Display car parks free of charge in any marked bay, provided a valid blue badge is displayed in a prominent position.
