Local Investment Plan:
The Local Investment Plan (LIP) was prepared as part of the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) investment planning process, through a multi-agency approach. The LIP sets out the vision, aims and principles of the local authorities for development and investment in the North and Central Hampshire and M3 area. Registered Providers will use the priorities in the LIP to inform their 4 year investment contracts with the HCA for the delivery of affordable housing from April 2011.See the full Document here and annex 1 here
Local Development Framework:

Housing Associations
Hart District Council works with its Housing Association partners who operate within in the District. As Hart District Council does not own any housing stock, these Housing Associations provide both rented and shared ownership housing for the district.
Rural Housing:
Hart is part of a group (HARAH) of local authorities all working together with the Homes and Communities Agency, Rural Housing Enablers and Hyde Housing Association to deliver rural housing through rural exception sites to meet the needs of local people.
