Careline has transferred to Communicare -

Changes to the Careline Service

In December 2006 the decision was made to discontinue the Careline service and identify another provider who could offer a similar service to our clients. Sentinel Housing Association’s care service, Communicare, has been confirmed as the new provider and information has been sent to all the Careline subscribers advising them of this change. Communicare was chosen for a number of reasons including;

• The high quality locally based services they currently provide
• The continuity offered as they currently provide the emergency contact centre
• The guarantees over future pricing they offered
• The opportunities to offer an expanded range of services.
