Hart Health and Wellbeing Partnership Board

Hart Health and Wellbeing Partnership, part of the LSP and a sub-committee of Cabinet, is a group made up of Officers, Councillors and Health Care professionals.  Their brief is:

• To lead collaborative working across the Hart District
• To deliver added value in improving health and well being and reducing health inequalities through working in partnership
• To assist in the delivery of the outcomes and priorities of the Hants Health and Well Being Partnership Strategy  
• To deliver the health elements of the Sustainable Communities Strategy
• To identify key issues within Hart’s Health profile and develop actions to address them
