Hart Guide: Elvetham Heath

Elvetham Heath became a parish in its own right in April 2010. Prior to that it was part of the unparished area of Fleet.
Elvetham Heath lies to the north of Fleet, north of the main railway line and south of the M3 Motorway. The western boundary is the A323 Fleet to Hartley Wintney road and the North Hants Golf Course and B3013 Minley Road form the eastern boundary.
Elvetham Heath is a modern housing development with around 2,000 homes. There are some well equipped play areas, a thriving Community Centre, an attractive central church (Church on the Heath) and a large Morrisons supermarket and petrol station. There is also a substantial Nature Reserve which is maintained by the Countryside Ranger Service of the council.
