
Smokefree Legislation
Smoking will be illegal in nearly all enclosed and substantially enclosed public places and workplaces from 1 July 2007.
Hart District Council with Smokefree Hampshire will be helping workplaces to comply with the new legislation.

From 1 July 2007 members of the public may call the Smokefree Compliance Line on, 0800 587 1667 to report alleged breaches of the new law. Calls will be taken by a call-centre operator, who will refer the information to the local council concerned for investigation."
