Basic Food Safety Training
Food Safety Training is essential to ensure not only compliance with the law, but for food handlers and businesses to have a proper understanding of their responsibilities
There are currently three levels of training:
Level 1 - Foundation Food Hygiene Courses
These courses provide the basic principles of food safety in any working environment;
Level 2 - Intermediate Food Hygiene Courses
These provide a broader understanding of food hygiene to all staff, including supervisors and team leaders, in all food businesses;
Level 3 - Advanced Food Hygiene Courses
Hart District Council are currently running Food Hygiene Level 2 Courses at the Council Offices, and can also provide In-House training. Costs start from £55 per delegate including lunch and examination fee. (costs may vary depending on location and number of delegates)...
